The Revivalists frontman David Shaw came to the Virginia Street Church in St. Paul on October 10. The solo acoustic concert was part of Minnesota Public Radio The Current’s MicroShow series.
Presented by Fat Tire and Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, the intimate concert was attended by a lucky group of contest winners. Shaw began the show with “Alive” from The Revivalists latest studio album, Pour It Out Into The Night.

Shaw then took it back to 2018 with “When I’m With You” from the band’s album Take Good Care. The title track from Pour It Out Into The Night along with the LP’s “Good Old Days” and “Kid” followed. “Wish I Knew You,” off The Revivalists 2015 album Men Amongst Mountains, wrapped the concert.
