David Crosby Finally Collaborates With Snarky Puppy

Avant-funk act Snarky Puppy is currently in New Orleans recording material for Family Dinner (Volume 2). One of the musicians working with Snarky Puppy on the new album is none other than David Crosby, the legendary rocker who has been singing the praises of the band for just about six months now.

Crosby has been tweeting some thoughts from the sessions and it appears he’s recorded a new Snarky Puppy original called “Somebody Home” as well as a re-worked version of CSN’s “Guinnevere.” The sessions will take place in front of an audience from Thursday through Saturday, though tickets sold out immediately upon going on sale.
