David Byrne Releases New Single Off Forthcoming Studio Album

On March 9, acclaimed performer David Byrne will release his latest studio album, American Utopia, via Todomundo/Nonesuch Records. Today, Byrne has unveiled “This Is That,” a track from the LP.

David Byrne co-wrote “This Is That” with Daniel Lopatin (a.k.a. Oneohtrix Point Never), who also produced the song. The track is available as an instant download for those who pre-order American Utopia via iTunes or through nonesuch.com. Byrne kicks off a tour in support of the album on March 3 in Red Bank, New Jersey.
