Dave Schools & Todd Snider Discuss Hard Working Americans

This Friday Hard Working Americans will issue a new live album entitled We’re All In This Together. Members of the band interviewed each other for a 10-part audio series leading up the live LP’s August 4 release on Melvin Records.
Frontman Todd Snider asks bassist and producer Dave Schools a question about tracking songs in the studio in the first installment of the HWA band interview. Snider asks, “We don’t build on a drum track when we record. What are we doing? What are you listening to?” Listen to Schools’ response in the audio clip below:
The second installment finds Schools asking Snider, “What tells you that is song is ready for the world, for Hard Working Americans?” Here’s Snider’s reply:
