The first Dave Matthews Band tour since 2016 continued on Tuesday night at the Brandon Amphitheater in Brandon, Mississippi. DMB threw a few tour debuts into their set and also confirmed the new date for a show that was previously scheduled for this past Sunday night in Orange Beach, Alabama.
Dave Matthews & Co.’s May 27th performance at The Wharf Amphitheatre in Orange Beach, Alabama was postponed due to the threat of bad weather. The concert will now be held on July 29. All tickets for the original show will be honored on July 29 with additional tickets on sale now via Ticketmaster.

Last night, DMB opened with “That Girl Is You” in Mississippi. The seven-piece went on to mix material from throughout their career during the 21-song performance. Of particular note were the tour debuts of “Can’t Stop” and “Shake Me Like A Monkey.” The band last performed “Can’t Stop” on August 30, 2016 and a studio version of the tune will be included on their soon-to-be-released Come Tomorrow album. “Shake Me Like A Monkey,” off Big Whiskey & The GrooGrux King had been on the shelf since August 3, 2016.
Dave Matthews Band encored with “Don’t Drink The Water” and “Grey Street” in Mississippi. Last night was the first time the former was played in the encore since November 10, 2015. Tonight, DMB continues their summer tour at Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion in Rogers, Arkansas.
