Dan Auerbach Performs NPR ‘Tiny Desk Concert’

Guitarist Dan Auerbach released a solo album last year entitled Waiting On A Song. The Black Keys and The Arcs frontman performed three selections from the album and was joined by Robert Finley for a performance of a song off the latter’s Auerbach-assisted LP Goin’ Platinum! during a recent NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert.

Auerbach was backed by guitarist Dante Schwebel, resonator guitarist Russ Pahl and mandolin player Pat McLaughlin on live renditions of the Waiting On A Song title track as well as “Never In My Wildest Dreams” and the single “Shine On Me.” Finley accompanied the ensemble on a performance of “Get It While You Can.”
