Courtney Barnett Shares Live Performances For Vevo

Courtney Barnett has shared two new videos. In collaboration with Vevo, in the new clips, the rocker works through live performances of “Everybody Here Hates You” and “Small Talk” with her trio also featuring bassist Bones Sloane and drummer Dave Mudie.

“Everybody Here Hates You” is Barnett’s most recent single, with the track released earlier in the year as a Record Store Day exclusive. The mellow number draws inspiration from Jeff Buckley’s “Everybody Here Wants You” and settles into a laidback groove across the track’s four minutes. The second song, “Small Talk,” was released as a single last year. Recorded during the sessions for her latest album Tell Me How You Really Feel, the tune is more upbeat, with the singer offering up her tongue-in-cheek lyrics throughout her charismatic performance.
