6TH ANNUAL COSMIC LOVE BALL FEBRUARY 9 AT THE FILLMORE

This year boasts a stellar line up of musician’s including Rubblebucket and Bay Area locals Materialized. The North Beach Brass Band will be adding a bit of Mardi Gras spice to the mix, and DJ Wyllys will be on the decks. The event will also feature live painting from internationally renowned artist Lebo, to capture on canvas the musical chemistry taking place between the artists and attendees.
This celebration of love and music is an all inclusive event that encourages attendees to let their hair down and get swirled into the energy of the music and spirit that makes the Love Ball so unique.
“The core of the LoveBall has always been the musical and artistic inclusion, the sexy swirl of unusual collaborations, fun explosions of music, dance and performance.” Says Star Sapphire events co-founder and Materialized band leader Dave Pellicciaro. “Coupled with participants costumery copious big, red Valentines vibe, playing the LoveBall is an intoxicating, energizing swirl of the soul with a big hug and a kiss from all of San Francisco!”
The magic of the “Cosmic Love Ball was born in 2005, out of our combined love of live music and the community and total art immersion.“ says Star Sapphire Conscious Events’ founder Joby Pritzker. “We create an environment where people can really let down their hair, with themed dress-up play encouraged and lots of extra fun party elements.”
Love Ball is not mearly an event but an experience that has brought fans and revelers back year after year, and Star Sapphire is excited to partner with the Fillmore for the second year in a row.
