Conor Oberst Performs NPR Music Front Row Concert

Singer-songwriter Conor Oberst recently held an intimate performance at Housing Works Bookstore Cafe in New York that was recorded for the NPR Music Front Row video series. His appearance featured all 10 songs that make up his recently issued solo album Ruminations.

Oberst only needed 48 hours to record the stripped down Ruminations in his hometown of Omaha where he relocated last winter after battling a cyst on his brain. He moves from piano to guitar and plays harmonica during the 45 minute set. Guitarist MiWi La Lupa helps deliver the complete album (slightly out of order) in the excellent video footage below:
