Confluence Conference + Showcase Fest Reveals 2025 Music Schedule
Music Passes get you two nights of live music and admission to Confluence SongFest.

Confluence: Carolinas’ Premier Music Industry Conference + Showcase Fest 2025 takes place this week in Charlotte, North Carolina. The conference will present daytime panels, workshops, roundtables, keynotes and networking events, alongside with two nights of live music and the Confluence SongFest.
Confluence 2025 Music Passes provide access to live music on Thursday, October 9 and Friday, October 10, plus admission to the mid-day Confluence SongFest on Saturday, October 11. Local participating independent live music venues include Evening Muse, Bo’s on NoDa, Neighborhood Theatre, Snug Harbor, Petra’s and Jack’s Live.
Sluice, Ashes & Arrows, Braxton Bateman, The Get Right Band, Easy Honey and praise. are among the artists on the lineup of the Confluence 2025 live music schedule. Head here for the full slate of music programming.
Confluence SongFest will be presented “in the round” with two sets of four songwriters sharing the stage, including Nathan C. Davis, Deore, Jen Ford, Kris Hitchcock, Bart Lattimore, Edan Aldridge, Larissa Mia, and Heidi Sidelinker.
Confluence 2025 begins on Wednesday, October 8 at The Union at Station West and will incorporate two new conference summits:
Music Tech Summit — Exploring tools, platforms, and innovations shaping the future of the music industry.
State of Live Summit — Addressing the evolving live music industry, from venues to touring.
Additional topics that will be part of Confluence 2025 include artist management decisions, tour booking effectiveness, fan engagement, successful A&R practices, navigating sync and licensing revenues and more.
Speakers include Panos Panay, President or the Recording Academy,® Lenny S., Senior Vice President of Roc Nation, Bertis Downs and Mike Kopp, longtime managers of R.EM. and Ben Folds, respectively; leading music technologist Cherie Hu, and Mag Rodriguez, CEO and Founder of EVEN, among others.
