Colorado Rising Benefit | Lumineers, Dave Matthews And More

On October 27 a number of acts will come together to play Broomfield, CO’s 1stBank Center for a benefit for victims of the terrible flooding that enveloped many counties in Colorado. The show will feature special performances by Dave Matthews, Big Head Todd & the Monsters, Members of The Lumineers, The Fray, DeVotchKa and Nathaniel Rateliff. More acts are expected to be added before the concert takes place.

Gov. John Hickenlooper said in a statement, “Coloradans unite during crisis – so does the music community. We are thrilled so many musicians are coming together for this flood relief benefit concert. This is a great way to highlight recovery efforts and raise money at the same time. We are grateful AEG Live and other community partners are stepping up to helpColoradocommunities impacted by the historic flooding.”

“The fans, musicians and members of Colorado’s music community are always willing to help those in need. My staff and I are humbled to be a part of this event helping those affected by the floods” said Chuck Morris, President and CEO of AEG Live Rocky Mountains in the statement.

All proceeds from the concert will go directly to the LiveUnitedColorado.org. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. MT.
