The Claypool Lennon Delirium To Give Wide-Release Covers EP & Shares Music Video

Earlier this year the The Claypool Lennon Delirium participated Record Store Day by issuing Lime & Limpid Green, an exclusive four-song covers-filled EP that was available at select music retailers. Yesterday the duo revealed that the album will now get a wider release next month.
Lime & Limpid Green finds the collaborative Les Claypool-Sean Lennon project laying to wax a number of covers that they played live over the course of the 2016 tour. The album features the pair’s interpretations of Pink Floyd’s “Astronomy Domine,” The Who’s “Boris The Spider,” King Crimson’s “The Court Of The Crimson King” and Flower Travellin’ Band’s “Satori.” The four-track set, which will be limited to just 3,000 copies, will be issued on ultra clear vinyl with kelly green and double mint splatter via ATO Records and is currently available for pre-order.
Additionally, The Claypool Lennon Delirium have shared the acid-drenched music video of their cover of the Flower Travellin’ Band’s track “Satori,” from the Japanese psychedelic-rock band’s 1971 release of the same name.
