Clairo Unveils ‘Charm’ing ‘Nomad’ Single
The track kicks off Charm, an album that arrives on July 12.

Clairo released a new single today titled “Nomad.” The song opens and is the final advance single from Charm, the songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer’s new album.
Charm is due two weeks from today on Friday, July 12. Clairo co-produced the 11-track record with Leon Michels (of The Dap-Kings and El Michels Affair). The album is Clairo’s third LP following 2019’s Immunity and Sling in 2021.

“Nomad” is a beautiful song featuring fingerpicked guitar and pretty vocals. The tune is described as, “a mediation on vulnerability, self preservation, and the urge to run from human connection.” The instrumentation picks up as “Nomad” progresses from a ’70s soul throwback to contemporary number.
