On November 4 the Chris Robinson Brotherhood will release If You Lived Here, You Would Be Home By Now, a companion EP to the recently released LP Anyway You Love, We Know How You Feel. All five tracks on the new EP were recorded during the same Stinson Beach sessions that resulted in the full-length release.
If You Lived Here, You Would Be Home By Now contains such CRB staples as “New Cannonball Rag,” “Shadow Cosmos” and “Roan County Banjo,” marking the songs’ first official studio recordings. “‘If You Lived Here’ is the sonic bookend to our ‘Anyway You Love’ recording and song cycle,” said Chris Robinson. “When we were sequencing the original album, these five songs seemed to want to hang together in their own way and tell their own little story, so they were set aside to present separately.”
