Chelsea Wolfe recently returned to NPR headquarters for the first time in eight years to deliver a Tiny Desk Concert. Wolfe offered stripped-down renditions of songs from her latest studio album, She Reaches Out to She Reaches Out to She.
An early 2024 arrival, She Reaches Out to She Reaches Out to She marked Wolfe’s first album in over four years following 2019’s Birth of Violence. TV On the Radio guitarist Dave Sitek produced and contributed to She Reaches Out to She Reaches Out to She, among others.

Wolfe also recently announced her Unbound EP, a collection of acoustic takes of songs from She Reaches Out to She Reaches Out to She, due out on November 15.
Accompanied by She Reaches Out collaborator Ben Chisholm on piano, Wolfe gave a preview of Unbound, performing “Whispers in the Echo Chamber,” “Dusk” and “Place in the Sun.” Wolfe closed the session with “Flatlands” from her 2012 acoustic collection Unknown Rooms.
