Chad Galactic & The SuperFood Share ‘#putahotdoginit’ Video

Bay Area music scene fixture and his band, The SuperFood released a video for “#aputahotdoginit.” The song appears on Chad’s recently released food-themed hip-hop album, Truffle Hunter.

Galactic tapped Tea Leaf Green guitarist Josh Clark to create the animated video. Clark and Reed Mathis are among the musicians who back Chad on the song. “The phrase #putahotdog in it came about when I used to be on tour with Tea Leaf Green,” said Galactic, who worked as the group’s tour manager. “To have Reed Mathis and Josh Clark play on the tune is so perfect. Then all of the planets aligned when we were able to get Josh, who is extremely busy these days, to animate the video. He is the best!” Watch the “#putahotdoginit” video below:

Chad Galactic & The SuperFood will celebrate the release of Truffle Hunter at The Make Out Room in San Francisco on January 18.
