Cass McCombs Announces New Album ‘Tip Of The Sphere’ & Shares Single

Cass McCombs will issue Tip Of The Sphere, a new album featuring the lead single “Sleeping Volcanoes.” The record will be released on February 8 via ANTI- Records.
McCombs recorded the follow-up to 2016’s Mangy Love with engineer Sam Owens at Shahzad Ismaily’s Brooklyn-based Figure 8 Studios. The 11-track album features McCombs’ band mate in The Skiffle Players Dan Horne on bass, as well as Otto Hauser on drums and Frank LoCrasto on keyboards. McCombs will support the new album with a series of just-added North American tour dates taking place next March and April. Stream “Sleeping Volcanoes” below:
