Hartford’s The Capitol Groove Music Festival Reveals 2025 Daily Schedule
Khruangbin, Bleachers, CAKE and Thundercat headline the two-day event in Hartford’s Bushnell Park, which features no overlapping sets.

Organizers of The Capitol Groove announced the daily schedule for second annual installment of the two-day music festival presented by GoodWorks Entertainment. Fourteen acts including headliners Khruangbin, Bleachers, Thundercat and CAKE will perform in downtown Hartford’s historic Bushnell Park June 28 – 29, 2025 with no overlapping sets.
Ghost Funk Orchestra gets the festival underway on Saturday, June 28 at 12 p.m. Capitol Groove will then host Improvement Movement, Ripe, Steel Pulse, Thee Sacred Souls and Thundercat before Khruangin closes out the first day with a 90-minute set.
The final day of The Capitol Groove 2025 starts with a performance from Spectre Jones on Sunday, June 29 at 12 p.m. The Greeting Committee takes the stage next followed by Fantastic Negrito, St. Paul and The Broken Bones and Sammy Rae & The Friends. CAKE hits at 6:45 p.m. ahead of Bleachers’ headlining set at 8:30 p.m.
The Capitol Groove 2025 tickets are on sale now. Ticket types include Single Day and 2-Day tickets with both VIP and General Admission options available. Both 2-Day and Single-Day VIP tickets are almost sold out.
