ABC’s 20/20 to Film Special Report on HeadCount and Camp Bisco VII
![]() |
Throughout the years, Camp Bisco has attracted the attention of a diverse and growing number of media from all around the world. This year Camp Bisco is proud to announce that it was approached by ABC’s 20/20 with interest in filming a special feature focusing on its involvement with Headcount, the non-profit organization devoted to voter registration and participation in democracy. Marc Brownstein, bass player for the Disco Biscuits, also serves as Co-chair of HeadCount and is heavily involved in the organization’s development.
“It is really exciting to see both HeadCount and Camp Bisco having such growth in a year where other festivals are getting smaller and other voter registration organizations are absent from the process of working the concert scene. We look forward to this being the best year yet for both the festival and for HeadCount.” Marc Brownstein, the Disco Biscuits and HeadCount.
At this year’s Camp Bisco, attendees have the opportunity to receive an all-access cell-phone pass to the festival by joining Camp Bisco Mobile powered by buzzd, the premier location-based event guide and social network for your mobile phone.
