Bumbershoot Announces 2016 Lineup

The 46th installment of the Bumbershoot music and arts festival will once again take place Labor Day Weekend September 2 – 4 at Seattle Center. Organizers for the event held beneath the Space Needle have announced the lineup for this year’s festival.

Topping this year’s lineup includes local hip-hop duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and rockers Death Cab For Cutie, along with Tame Impala, Pretty Lights, Kygo and more. Other acts slated to appear include Michael Franti & Spearhead, White Denim, The Motet, Father John Misty, Explosions In The Sky, Andrew Bird, Billy Idol, Kamasi Washington, Margo Price, The Blind Boys Of Alabama and many others. There’s also the typically full slate of comedy, spoken word, theater, arts & crafts and much more planned.
