With the March 20 release of BTS' highly anticipated comeback album approaching, the group has announced the tracklist for Arirang. A list of contributors that includes such notables as Diplo, Tame Impala (Kevin Parker) and JPEGMAFIA was also shared by BTS on social media along with the tracklist.
Arirang, which marks the boy band’s first album since 2022, arrives after the members of BTS spent the past four years completing their mandatory military service in South Korea and releasing solo albums. The forthcoming record takes its name from a traditional Korean folk song, “Arirang,” which has been long regarded as an emblem of the nation’s spirit and endurance.
BTS — Jin, Jung Kook, V, RM, Jimin, Suga and j-hope — enlisted Diplo to help write and produce five songs on the album, including opener “Body To Body” and closer “Into The Sun” along with “One More Night,” “Like Animals” and “FYA.” JPEGMAFIA co-wrote the latter, while Kevin Parker is credited as a writer and producer on “Merry Go Round.”
Elsewhere, Mike WiLL Made-It lent a hand on “Aliens and “2.0,” El Guincho contributed to “Hooligan” and Flume co-produced “FYA” with Diplo and NITTI. Several BTS members also have writing or producing credits on several tracks.
The global superstars will support the 14-track LP with a massive 2026 - 2027 world tour that launches on April 9 at Goyang Stadium in the group’s native South Korea.
