Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will embark on their Land Of Hope And Dreams American Tour this spring. The newly announced 20-date tour features stops on both coasts and in many cities in between.
The Boss will kick off the trek on March 31 at Target Center in Minneapolis. The city is the focus of Springsteen’s recently released protest song, “Streets Of Minneapolis.” More dates follow through a May 27 performance at Nationals Park, including four shows in the New York City area and a two-night stand at Los Angeles’ Kia Arena, among other stops.
Bruce Springsteen shared the following comments regarding the goals of the tour:
“We are living through dark, disturbing and dangerous times, but do not despair — the cavalry is coming! Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will be taking the stage this spring from Minneapolis to California to Texas to Washington, D.C. for the Land of Hope And Dreams American Tour. We will be rocking your town in celebration and in defense of America — American democracy, American freedom, our American Constitution and our sacred American dream — all of which are under attack by our wannabe king and his rogue government in Washington, D.C. Everyone, regardless of where you stand or what you believe in, is welcome — so come on out and join the United Free Republic of E Street Nation for an American spring of Rock ‘n’ Rebellion! I’ll see you there!” — Bruce Springsteen
Tickets go on sale between Friday, February 20 at 12 p.m. local time (Minneapolis, San Francisco, Phoenix, Sunrise, Chicago, Atlanta, Belmont Park, Brooklyn and Pittsburgh and Saturday, February 21 at 10 a.m. (Philadelphia) and 12 p.m. local time (Portland, Inglewood, Newark, Austin, NYC, Cleveland, Boston and Washington D.C.)
