The Brothers Comatose and Lindsay Lou released the new collaborative single, “Home Again.” The Bay Area-based Americana act and Nashville-based singer-songwriter will donate proceeds from their Bandcamp sales of the track to musicians who were impacted by the recent Los Angeles wildfires.
“Home Again” was originally inspired by previous wildfires that wreaked havoc in the Santa Cruz area. The Brothers Comatose and Lindsay Lou were motivated by the L.A. blazes to record the track together as a benefit for those suffering in Southern California.

“We wrote ‘Home Again’ a few years ago when our friends lost their home in a big fire in the Santa Cruz mountains,” BroCo’s Ben Morrison explained. “We’re sad to see this happening all over again down in Los Angeles. Our hearts are broken by the destruction these fires are causing in our California communities.”
“We first met Lindsay Lou many years ago when we opened for her at a pizza restaurant in Knoxville, TN. Over the years we’ve crossed paths all over the US, getting to collaborate at festivals and in videos,” Morrison continued. “She’s one of our favorite singers and when the time came to find a duet partner for ‘Home Again,’ Lindsay came to mind right away.”
“We hope “Home Again” can help in some way. The song will be officially released on streaming services next month, but is now available for streaming and download on our Bandcamp site. We will be donating 100% of the proceeds from Bandcamp sales and downloads to MusiCares – an organization that helps musicians in need, who are now focusing their efforts on those affected by these L.A. fires,” added Ben.
