Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is opening in March 2020. Soulive, The Revivalists, Angel Olsen, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Royal Blood and The String Cheese Incident are among the acts set to perform at the 1,200-capacity venue over its first five months in business.
The Nashville outpost is the third location for Brooklyn Bowl following the original in New York City and a venue in Las Vegas. An outpost in London shuttered after three years. Brooklyn Bowl Nashville, which is a joint venture with Live Nation, in partnership with Red Light Management founder Coran Capshaw as per Billboard, will host a 19-lane bowling alley with food and drinks from the Blue Ribbon Group.

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville will be located at the corner of 3rd Ave. and Jackson St. in the city’s Germantown section. The venue/bowling alley/restaurant and bar is right next to First Tennessee Baseball Park, the home of Triple-A baseball team the Nashville Sounds.
Soulive will perform at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville with famed bassist George Porter Jr. on March 14 before featuring Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell perform on March 15. The Revivalists come to the new venue on March 16, while Olsen’s concert is set for April 13, JRAD play April 24, Royal Blood visits on May 3 and SCI will perform July 22 – 24. Rayland Baxter, Antibalas, The Infamous Stringdusters, Real Estate, Twiddle and The Hold Steady are also slated to play the new venue.
“We’ve wanted to bring the bowl to Nashville for a few years and after looking at different areas of the city, we found this great spot right on the third base line of the Nashville Sounds,” impresario and Brooklyn Bowl co-founder Peter Shapiro told Billboard. “Germantown is this funky neighborhood with these amazing Victoria homes and the vibe of a Williamsburg or Silver Lake. Is an amazing town with this incredible history from the Ryman to the Opry to the Cannery to Broadway. I feel really lucky that we get to build a venue from ground up in Nashville and find our spot in that 1,200-cap range.”
Tickets for the initial run of shows go on sale this Friday, December 20 at 12 p.m. CT.
