‘Broad City’ Shares Deleted Scene Featuring Phish Bassist Mike Gordon

Mike Gordon of Phish co-stars in a deleted scene from the television show Broad City that was posted on the show’s Facebook page. The scene didn’t make it into an episode of Broad City’s recently completed final season.

Last September, Gordon was spotted last September filming with Broad City’s Ilana Glazer on the streets of New York City, so fans were surprised when Mike never appeared on the show. The Phish/Broad City connection dates back to a 2016 episode featuring several references to the band. Glazer’s co-star, Abbi Jacobson has discussed her fandom with numerous publications, including an article posted on Friday by Pitchfork.
