Bonnie Raitt Performs ‘Angel From Montgomery’ On ‘The Late Show’

Bonnie Raitt performed “Angel From Montgomery” on last night’s episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. The John Prine cover was performed by special request of the show’s host.
Raitt included a recording of “Angel From Montgomery” on her 1974 album, Streetlights. The often covered song originally appeared on Prine’s 1971 self-titled debut album. Backed by Ivan Neville on keyboards, Raitt’s Late Show performance can be vieweed below:
