Bonnaroo 2014 Lineup Revealed | Kanye, Jack, Elton And More

For the second year in a row Bonnaroo organizers have revealed the event’s lineup through B.L.A.M., or the Bonnaroo Lineup Announcement Megathon. This evening we finally have the 2014 Bonnaroo lineup in our hands and it will be headlined by Kanye West, Elton John and Jack White.

In total, the event will feature over 125 bands and over 20 comedians performing on 13 stages. For a festival that started with its roots in the jam scene, we’re glad to see a number of jam-related acts have made the bill as Yonder Mountain String Band, Umphrey’s McGee, Big Sam’s Funky Nation, The Wood Brothers, Tedeschi Trucks Band,  Greensky Bluegrass and Break Science are all on board. Beyond that JamBase favorites White Denim, Vampire Weekend, Amos Lee, Jonathan Wilson, The Avett Brothers, Ben Folds, Flaming Lips, Slightly Stoopid, Phosphorescent, Neutral Milk Hotel, Lionel Richie, Shovels and Rope and Phoenix are just some of the JamBase favorites that will play The Farm this June. We’re also excited to see what The Master Musicians of Jajouka led by Bachir Attar, with special guests Billy Martin, Marc Ribot, DJ Logic and Shazad Ismaily is all about.

Bonnaroo will take place down on The Farm in Manchester, TN from June 12 -15. Tickets go on sale this Saturday at noon ET. If you can’t make it in person, a three channel webcast was also announced during B.L.A.M.
