Bone Diggers — the supergroup tribute to Paul Simon consisting of bassist Reed Mathis, guitarist Lebo (Dan Lebowitz), keyboardist Danny Eisenberg and drummer Scott Rager — shared official video featuring a performance of Simon & Garfunkel’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water” from an August 27, 2019 concert at Gerald Ford Amphitheater in Vail, Colorado. The band was joined by special guests Jennifer Hartswick on lead vocals and percussionist Jeff Franca for the cover.

Mathis formed Bone Diggers a few years back to dig into Paul Simon’s catalog. The core band often welcomes guests as they did in Vail. Simon & Garfunkel released “Bridge Over Troubled Water” in 1970 as the title track to their fifth and final studio album. Hartswick channeled Aretha Franklin, who famously covered the song, for the “Bridge Over Troubled Water” performance at Gerald Ford Amphitheater.
