Bob Weir Announces Additional Campfire Tour Dates

Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir has announced additional shows on his Campfire Tour. The newly confirmed dates will find Bobby on the road this coming April.

Bobby’s Campfire Boys band was assembled to tour in support of his 2016 solo album Blue Mountain. The lineup has featured Aaron Dessner, Bryan Devendorf and Scott Devendorf of The National along with Jon Shaw, Josh Kaufman and Steve Kimock. Weir will appear on April 13 at Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas and then head to Austin for performances at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater on April 15 and 16. The Saenger Theatre in New Orleans will host Bobby on April 18 and the Saenger in Mobile, Alabama will welcome the guitarist on April 19.

Weir performs this week at the Los Muertos con Queso destination event in Riviera Maya, Mexico. He’s also slated to appear at the Wanee Music Festival in April and will tour with Dead & Company this year as well.
