Black Country, New Road Announces New Album ‘Forever Howlong’ & Shares Tour Dates + Single

Black Country, New Road will release their new album, Forever Howlong through Ninja Tune on April 4. The band announced tour dates in support of the pending record, which features the lead single, “Besties.”
Produced by James Ford, Forever Howlong is the first BCNR studio album since the departure of co-founding lead singer Isaac Woods, who left the band days before the release of their 2022 studio LP, Ants From Up There. Following Woods’ exit, lead vocal duties were shared among Tyler Hyde, Georgia Ellery and May Kershaw.
“It created a real through line for the album, having three girls singing,” Ellery stated. “It’s definitely very different to Ants From Up There, because of the female perspective – and the music we’ve made also compliments that.”

Black Country, New Road will tour in support of Forever Howlong this year. After playing Pitchfork Music Festival CDMX in Mexico, the band will perform in the United States throughout the rest of May. The British band will then tour Europe in August, September and October.
