While guitarist Billy Strings previously announced the cities for his 2021 tour, venues for most shows weren’t revealed for most shows at the time. Today, Billy confirmed the venues for which he’ll bring his band this September with ticket on-sales to follow later this week.

Strings, bassist Royal Masat, mandolinist Jarrod Walker and banjoist Billy Failing open the September portion of the extensive tour at the Event Lawn at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas on the 3rd and 4th. The quartet then plays Los Angeles’ Belasco Theater on September 8 ahead of two nights at the Fox Theater in Oakland September 9 – 10 and at Stateline, Nevada’s Montbleu Resort September 11 – 12.

The tour continues in the Pacific Northwest with concerts at Spokane’s Pavilion at Riverfront on September 16; McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale, Oregon on September 17; Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington on September 18 and at KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner, Montana on September 19. Strings and company wrap the month by performing at Salt Lake City’s Red Butte Garden Amphitheater on September 22, Wave in Wichita on September 28 and The Jones Assembly in Oklahoma City on September 29.

Fans can sign up for pre-sales until 9 a.m. local time tomorrow (Wednesday, June 9) through Billy’s website. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, June 11 at 10 a.m. local time.

Billy Strings kicks off the Summer Solstice tour this Friday, June 11 and Saturday, June 12 at Wintrust Field in Schaumburg, Illinois.
