Billy Strings Welcomes The Lil Smokies’ Members For ‘Tipper’ At Grey Fox 2019: Pro-Shot Video

Billy Strings and members of The Lil Smokies got together for Tony Rice’s “Tipper.” The clip comes from the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival 2019.

“Tipper” appears on Tony Rice’s 1986 album, Me & My Guitar, which features an all-star lineup including Vasser Clements, Jerry Douglas, Sam Bush and more. For the Grey Fox version, Billy Strings welcomed Andy Dunnigan and Jake Simpson from the Lil Smokies for a pick session.
