Billy Joel To Re-Open The Nassau Coliseum

In August of 2015 New York native Billy Joel played the last concert at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. Since that time the venue has undergone an extensive renovation. The Piano Man will be the first artist to play the re-done Nassau Coliseum on April 5, 2017.

Joel’s concert will be his 33rd at the Coliseum which includes a sold-out, nine-show run in 1998 that set the venue’s record for the most sellouts in one year. A banner noting the record hung at the Nassau Coliseum prior to the renovation and will continue to hang there moving forward.

Tickets to Billy Joel’s return to Nassau Coliseum go on sale this Friday, October 14 at 10 a.m. ET.
