Billy Corgan Performs NPR ‘Tiny Desk Concert’

Billy Corgan is the latest artist featured in NPR Music’s acclaimed Tiny Desk Concert series. The Smashing Pumpkins frontman performed a classic from his band along with two tracks from the recently released Ogilala.

Corgan is joined for the session by Kristin Bakkegard (violin), Livy Amoruso (violin), Paul Bagley (viola), Carol Anne Bosco (cello). Billy & Co. first tackle “Tonight, Tonight” from Smashing Pumpkins’ 1995 smash Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness. Up next is “Aeronaut” off Ogilala, which is followed by the LP’s “Mandarynne.”
