Bela Fleck, Edgar Meyer & Zakir Hussain Perform ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ For NPR Music In 2010

NPR Music shared a 2010 Tiny Desk Concert from Béla Fleck, Edgar Meyer and Zakir Hussain that had previously never been released on YouTube. The three musicians performed songs from their 2009 collaborative album, The Melody Of Rhythm.

The insanely talented trio — Bela on banjo, Meyer on standup bass and Hussain on tabla — kick off the session with the Fleck composition “Bubbles.” Playing just two pieces, they close with the album’s opening track, Hussain’s “Babar.”
