Bearly Dead Announces Debut West Coast Tour

The Grateful Dead tribute act will perform in Washington, Oregon and California for the first time this fall.

Bearly Dead will head to the West Coast for a run featuring eight tour dates this October. The Boston-based Grateful Dead tribute act dubbed their first trek the Up To Paradise Tour 2022.

The group not only plays Grateful Dead songs but boasts a repertoire of over 230 songs in rotation that includes any song that any member of the Dead ever performed. Bearly Dead was formed in 2015 and consists of guitarist Nick Swift, bassist Dave Becker, vocalist Michael Butler, keyboardist Justin Lopes and drummer Tyler Brooks.

Bearly Dead kicks off their debut West Coast tour in Seattle on October 5. The quintet then heads to Oregon for concerts in Portland (October 6), Bend (October 7) and Eugene (October 8).

The excursion concludes with a swing through California featuring stops in Arcata (October 12), Novato (October 13), Redding (October 14) and Redwood City (October 15). Tickets go on sale this Friday, July 1 at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT.
