beabadoobee (Beatrice Laus) recently stopped by NPR Studios to deliver a Tiny Desk Concert. The singer-songwriter and guitarist performed tracks from her 2022 album Beatopia along with an unreleased song.

Backed by longtime guitarist Jacob Bugden along with a string trio — cellist Kristine Kruta, violinist Erica Swindell and violist Bobby Hecht — beabadoobee gets her Tiny Desk underway with Beatopia’s “See you Soon” followed by the LP’s “the perfect pair” and “Ripples.” Laus closes out the session with an unreleased number she calls “Glue song.”
