The Barr Brothers issued a new studio album Queens Of The Breakers earlier this year. The sibling-led outfit recently performed songs from the record during a live in-studio session for KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic program.

The Montreal-based group fronted by brothers Brad Barr on guitar and Andrew Barr on drums, along with bassist Morgan Moore and guitarist Joe Grass performed the new record’s title track, “Queens Of The Breakers.” They also offered a take on the album cut “Song That I Heard,” which was written about Montreal. The session included a performance of “Burn Card” from the 2015 EP Alta Falls.
