Band Of Horses Share New Single ‘Casual Party’

Band of Horses will issue their new album Why Are You OK in June via Interscope Records/American Recordings. Today, the group shared a single from the forthcoming record, entitled “Casual Party.”

The band’s fifth album was executive produced by Rick Rubin and Grandaddy’s Jason Lytle was enlisted as producer. The fivesome of Ben Bridwell, Creighton Barrett, Ryan Monroe, Tyler Ramsey and Bill Reynolds recorded the 12-song LP in their home state of South Carolina. Bridwell also recently shared a recording he made of a cover of The Avett Brothers’ “Live And Die,” done in response to Seth Avett’s cover of BoH’s “No One’s Gonna Love You.” Stream Bridwell’s Avett’s cover followed by Avett’s Band Of Horses cover below:
