Backwoods Music Festival organizers have finalized the lineup for this year’s event, which takes place September 4 -6 on historic Route 66 in Stroud, Oklahoma.

Odesza, Liquid Stranger, Filibusta, Split Lip Rayfield, The Werks and Way Down Wanderers are among the artists added to an impressive lineup that already included the likes of Porter Robinson (live), Infected Mushroom, BoomBox, Break Science, Dieselboy, Dirtyphonics, The Floozies, Keller Williams, Lettuce, Manic Focus and Papadosio.

“This is by far the biggest year yet. Our initial investment capital was three times that of last year’s entire festival budget,” said William Royall, one of the Executive Producers of Backwoods Music Festival in a press release accompanying the first phase announcement. “We’re tripling the number of stages, artists, and quality of talent this year, as well as adding more art, performers, and lighting effects.”

The action at the festival goes beyond just the music. “We found an amazing spot on Route 66 between Oklahoma City and Tulsa” Royall added, “There’s a 15 acre lake to fish and swim in, woods which will be decorated with lights, sounds, and art, over 180 artists, and 6 creative designed stages including a 7,000 square foot air conditioned enclosed environment, and a large tree house DJ booth constructed in a huge secluded meadow. We even have a Ferris Wheel and helicopter rides this year.”

Tickets are on sale now with full details laid out here.
