Grab these ingredients to make your own “Minneapolis 1982” along with Avi:

  • 1oz Bellion Vodka
  • 1 oz Giffard Pamplemousse liquor
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Campari
  • 0.5 oz honey simple syrup
  • 3 oz club soda

Put everything but the soda into a shaker, short shakes (10 seconds – just to chill, not to dilute), add soda, pour into ice-filled tall glass, garnish with grapefruit peel after expressing zest on top.

Bellion Vodka: it’s possibly better for you and definitely not worse! Enjoy responsibly.
