The Avett Brothers Perform On CBS Saturday Sessions

Americana group The Avett Brothers recently issued a new studio album True Sadness. In support of the album, the band appeared as guests on CBS This Morning playing two tracks off the new LP and another old favorite for the weekend morning show’s Saturday Sessions live performance series.
The group fronted by brothers Seth Avett and Scott Avett performed the True Sadness title track as well as the record’s single “Ain’t No Man.” The band rounded out by Bob Crawford, Paul Defiglia, Tania Elizabeth, Joe Kwon and Mike Marsh also offered a rendition of “Hand-Me-Down Tune” from their 2007 LP Emotionalism.
