The Flaming Lips, Thee Sacred Souls, The Black Angels Headline Austin Psych Fest 2026

Austin Psych Fest 2026 revealed its lineup of performers set to take the stage May 8 – 10 at The Far Out Lounge and Stage in Austin. The Flaming Lips, Thee Sacred Souls and The Black Angels headline the three-day festival.

The Flaming Lips will close out the action on Friday, May 8. DIIV, Momma, Glare, Boogarins, Holy Wave and Starcleaner Reunion are also slated to perform at the first day of the Austin Psych Fest 2026.

The Black Angels will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album, Passover, by performing the LP in its entirety on Saturday, May 9. Other acts aboard for Saturday include Melody’s Echo Chamber, Ty Segall, Al-Qasar, New Candys, Annabelle Chairlegs, Grocery Bag and Strange Lot.

Austin Psych Fest 2026 concludes on Sunday, May 10 with a headlining performance from Thee Sacred Souls. The final day of this year’s event will also feature an Adrian Quesada DJ Set along with performances by LA LOM, Night Beats, Dumbo Gets Mad, Money Chicha, Como Las Movies and Trish Toledo.

Kick-Off and Late Night shows are to be announced. TV Eye, Mad Alchemy, Drip Cuts, Shelushy, Attic Space, Slim Reaper, Bill Glazer, Church Of The Eternal Sun and Fever Dream will provide visuals and installations.
