‘Austin City Limits’ Announces Fall 2018 Broadcast Schedule

Season 44 of the long-running live music television program Austin City Limits will begin on October 6 with a full hour from St. Vincent. Producers of the show shared a preview of St. Vincent’s appearance along with the lineup for the first six episodes of the season.

The St. Vincent episode will premiere on Saturday, October 6 at 9 p.m. ET on PBS in most markets. Check local listings to find out the date and time ACL airs in your neck of the woods. Legendary singer-songwriter John Prine’s eighth Austin City Limits appearance airs on October 13. Then, pop star Sam Smith and soul/R&B singer Anderson East share the episode on October 20.

Austin City Limits’ 44th season continues with a full hour devoted to Washington-based singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile on October 27. R&B superstar Miguel and recent Grammy winner Alessia Cara share the episode on November 3. Finally, Austin City Limits confirmed the November 10th episode will feature Kacey Musgraves and Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real. Eight additional installments of the show are expected to round out Season 44 and will be announced in the weeks to come.
