Animated Rush Appears On Fox Comedy ‘Family Guy’

Sunday night’s episode of Family Guy on Fox had a huge reference to Rock & Roll Hall Of Famers Rush. An animated version of the band appeared with the soundtrack of their biggest hit, “Tom Sawyer.”
Chris Griffin played Tom Sawyer in last night’s parody of The Adventures Of Huckleberry Finn. He mentions Rush named a song after him and says the famed Canadian trio is playing in town. At that point we see an animated version of Geddy Lee, Neil Peart and Alex Lifeson kick into “Tom Sawyer.” Huckleberry Finn author Mark Twain then adds, “Pretty cool book, huh?” Watch the entire portion of the episode referencing Rush:
