Anderson .Paak Shares ‘Lockdown’ Video

Anderson .Paak shared a video for his new single, “Lockdown.” Legendary music video director Dave Meyers helmed the visual.

Anderson .Paak and company headed to Sick Vibes recording facility in Burbank, California to capture “Lockdown.” The song features Paak on vocals and drums as well as Vicky Farewell Nguyen on piano; J.LBS on synth lead, sub bass and Rhodes; Jeff “Gitty” Gitelman on rhythm guitar and backing vocals from Rae Khalil. The song and video sees Paak reflecting on the murder of George Floyd and protests in the movement for racial justice and equality.
