Anders Osborne Performs Live At Paste
By Nate Todd May 8, 2019 • 10:27 am PDT

Anders Osborne stopped by Paste Studios in New York City on Tuesday where he performed a trio of songs in the digital magazine’s Manhattan Center space. With just an acoustic guitar, the New Orleans-based singer-songwriter delivered stripped-down versions of two songs from his recently released album Buddha And The Blues — which arrived on April 26 via Dumaine Records — as well as a tune from his 2007 album Coming Down.
Osborne gets the session underway with the Buddha And The Blues track, “Running,” which he prefaces by saying, “It’s not a jogging … it’s a running too hard kind of thing.” Osborne then heads into the new album’s lead single, “Traveling With Friends.” The prolific singer-songwriter closes out the session with the Coming Down title track.
