By Scott Bernstein Aug 16, 2019 • 11:59 am PDT

Anders Osborne was featured on this week’s installment of the eTown radio program. The New Orleans-based guitarist performed five of his own songs, paid tribute to Dr. John and collaborated with fellow guests Chatham County Line and McIntosh County Shouters for the finale.
Osborne began with a gorgeous rendition of the title track from 2007’s Coming Down featuring eTown host Nick Forster on electric guitar and eventually the rest of the program’s house band. Anders then led the house band through one of his signature songs, “Back On Dumaine.” The guitarist went on to focus on material from his latest studio album, Budhha & The Blues as he teamed with eTown house band on “Running,” “Smoke & Mirrors” and the LP’s title track.
