Amy Helm Performs ‘This Too Shall Light’ At Dirt Farmer Festival: Pro-Shot Video
Singer-songwriter Amy Helm was among the performers at the inaugural Dirt Farmer Festival at Arrowood Farms in Accord, New York on August 19. Helm shared pro-shot video featuring the rendition of “This Too Shall Light” she led her band on at the event, which was put together by the Levon Helm Studios team.
Amy Helm released the album This Too Shall Light back in September via Yep Roc Records. The title track was co-written by Josh Kaufman of Bob Weir’s Campfire Band and Hiss Golden Messenger’s M.C. Taylor. Helm recorded the 10-track LP over the course of four days at United Recording Studios in Los Angeles with producer Joe Henry.
The 47-year-old musician’s band at the Dirt Farmer Festival featured guitarists Tash Neal and Connor Kennedy, bassist Adam Minkoff, keyboardist Todd Caldwell and drummer Tony Mason. Watch Amy Helm lead the group through “This Too Shall Light”:
