ALO will release their new album, Frames, via Brushfire Records on April 4. The California-based band also detailed 2025 Spring Tour dates and unveiled the forthcoming LP’s lead single, “Blank Canvas.”

The 10-song follow-up to 2023’s Silver Saturdays sees the quartet melding rock, electronic, alt-pop, R&B, folk, dance and funk elements. The album’s theme addresses the rapid pace of modern life and information overload, with the band exploring the important spaces between those “frames” where we can breathe and live our lives.

ALO keyboardist Zach Gill wrote the optimistic new single “Blank Canvas,” noting “it’s about looking at the world with fresh eyes and leaving behind cynicism.” Bassist Steve Adams added, “sonically and thematically, it felt like the perfect album opener. Bare and vulnerable, yet full of possibility.” Gill and Adams are joined in ALO by guitarist Lebo (Dan Lebowitz) and drummer Ezra Lipp.
